Delivery & Returns Policy
1. Delivery
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are perishable, orders placed before 12 pm (Monday–Thursday) are usually dispatched the same or next working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next available working day.
Same-Day Delivery (Local Areas)
We’re pleased to offer same-day delivery across Manchester, Middleton, Rochdale, Bury, and Oldham.
Delivery charges vary depending on your postcode, and availability will be confirmed at checkout or when placing your order.
To qualify for same-day delivery, please place your order before 12 pm (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after this time may be delivered the following day.
Receiving Your Order
All products are carefully packed to maintain quality and temperature during transit. Please refrigerate or freeze your products immediately upon receipt.
If your order arrives defrosted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
2. Returns & Refunds
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of raw and frozen products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been delivered, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This policy ensures the safety and quality of all our food.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive products that are:

Incorrect,

Faulty, or

Damaged in transit,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery is delayed or fails due to an error on our part, we’ll arrange a re-delivery at no extra cost or issue a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address or no one available to receive the order), we may not be able to refund the cost if the goods are no longer in a usable condition.
3. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven’t yet been dispatched.

After Dispatch / Once Prepared: Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once your order has been prepared or dispatched, due to the perishable nature of our products.
4. Allergies & Preferences
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if your pet:

Does not like a flavour or protein, or
-
Has an unexpected reaction due to undisclosed allergies,
unless the product was mislabelled or incorrect information was provided.
