Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday–Thursday) are usually dispatched the same or next working day, with same-day delivery available in selected local areas for orders placed before 12 pm (Monday–Saturday). All items are carefully packed and should be refrigerated or frozen immediately on arrival. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, which must be reported within 24 hours with photos. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch, but cancellations are not possible once orders have been prepared or sent.
